Who we are

Tonique is a restaurant located at 18 Scott Road, Chelsea, Quebec J9B 1R5. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (“Law 25”).

What we collect

• Event form: your name, phone number, email and the message you write to us. This information is only used to answer your request.
• Reservations: bookings are made on the resOS platform, which has its own privacy policy. We do not collect that data on this site.
• Necessary cookies: a single small local record that remembers your cookie choice.
• Analytics and external content (optional): only if you accept them in the banner. Without your consent, no analytics tool is loaded and the Google Maps map is not displayed.

Third-party services

These services may process data outside Quebec. We do not sell or rent your information.

• Formspree forwards event form messages to us by email and keeps a copy on its servers, which may be located outside Québec.
• Google Maps displays the map, only after your consent. Your IP address is then sent to Google.
• resOS manages online reservations.

How long we keep it

Messages received through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted when no longer useful, including the copy kept by Formspree.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent at any time. To change your cookie choice, use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
